Este o reteta de pizza pe care au facut-o majoritatea gospodinelor de pe net si acum a venit si randul meu
Ingrediente coca/Dough/Ingredienti:
- 500 gr. faina/flour/500 gr di farina
- 250 ml. lapte caldut/warm milk/250 ml di latte
- 5 linguri ulei masline/olive oil/olio di olive
- 1 pliculet drojdie uscata (7 g)/dried yeast/7 gr. lievito seco (polvere)
- sare/salt/sale
- 1 lingurita zahar/tsp sugar/1 cucchiaio zucchero
- busuioc/basil/basilico
- usturoi granulat/granuletd garlic/1 cucchiaio d'aglio polvere

faina + sare + drojdie + zahar, se amesteca bine/flour + salt + yeast + sugar, mix well/farina + sale + lievito + zucchero

usturoi granulat + busuioc uscat si amestecam/garlic + basil, mix again/aglio + basilico

lapte caldut + ulei/milk + oil/latte tiepido + olio

si gata coca/this is it /l'impasto
aici ramane la aprecierea voastra, se poate pune absolut orice doriti, cu generozitate
eu am folosit:
- Zacusca picanta ”Romanian dish” cold snack (in loc de sos)any kind of sauce/sugo di base
- sunca/ham/prosciuto
- cascaval/pressed cheese/formagio quello che vuoi

am intins foaia (0,5 cm grosime) e bine sa fie subtire/stendi l'impasto aiutandoti con un mattarello (tre-cinque millimetri di spessore)

am adaugat zacusca/sugo

m-am gandit sa ung deasupra cu ou batut + sofran

am asezat bucatile in tava si am inceput sa le ung

apoi am mai presarat niste cascaval ras

mi-au mai ramas cateva bucati si o parte din coca, asa ca am facut si cateva chifle pe care le-am uns si am presarat cascaval + chimen

le-am pus la copt, la foc moderat si e gata prima tava !

o halba de bere nu strica niciodata

sectiune.......si aici am realizat ca e bine sa folositi ingredientele cu generozitate si la final merge inca un strat de sos (in cazul meu zacusca) pentru ca ajuta la lipirea aluatului cat mai bine...asa o sa fac pe viitor. Asta nu inseamna ca nu a iesit buna, era o constatare care nu face decat sa imbunatateasca reteta, parerea mea ! Oricum este foarte gustoasa si pufoasa !
