o impartim in 3/share in 3 equal parts

si intindem foile de marimea unei tavi de aragaz (foile se coc la foc mic, pe fundul tavii, adica tava intoarsa)/work out the dough and bake it on the bottom of the stove tray
asa arata foile coapte/bake until get just a little bit brown

Crema/Filling
- 500 ml lapte/milk
- 2 linguri cu varf faina/tbs flour
- 250 g unt/butter
- 275 g zahar pudra/powder sugar
- 1 lamaie/lemon

mixam bine untul + zahar/mix well butter + sugar

pana se topeste zaharul

se amesteca intr-o craticioara faina + laptele, cu grija sa nu aiba cocoloase - se amesteca continuu sa nu se prinda, dupa ce a inceput sa se ingroase se mai fierbe inca 5 minute - se lasa la racit/on low heat mix flour + milk, for 5 min.

peste untul amestecat cu zahar se pune coaja rasa de lamaie + sucul si apoi incorporam faina cu lapte (de mai sus) care trebuie sa fie rece, nici macar caldut ca riscam sa se taie crema/on the butter and sugar mixture add lemon zest + lemon juice (on taste)

punem jumatate de crema pe foaie/ put half of crem on the first flaky crust

o intindem bine
peste prajitura se aseaza un tocator, iar pe tocator o greutate de 800 g–1 kg, se lasa minimum 12 ore (peste noapte) sa se inmoaie foile si sa se poata taia fara probleme...eu bineinteles ca am taiat-o mai devreme, mult mai devreme si m-am cam chinuit la taiat, dar gustul e magnific !!!
