Ingrediente:
- 0,5 kg cartofi
- 2 lg de ulei
- 3 lg faina
- sare
- piper alb
- patrunjel
Se curata cartofii, se taie cubulete si se pun la fiert in apa cu sare. Se face un sos alb din ulei + faina + zeama in care au fiert cartofii + piper. Se adauga cartofii fierti, se mai lasa putin pe foc, iar la final, dupa ce am stins focul, adaugam patrunjel tocat marunt.
