Tochitura......mea ”Meat style”

- carne de porc (pulpa)/pork meat
- carne de vitel/veal
- grasime fara sorici/lard
- Carnati de casa ”Home made sausages”
- sare/salt
- piper/black pepper
- boia iute/hot cilly
- delikat
- usturoi/garlic
- cimbru/savory
- dafin/laurel leaves
- apa/water
- vin rosu...facut de mine/red wine.....also made by me

intr-o tigaie incapatoare, punem ulei si prajim grasimea de porc/use a large frying pan with, add oil and the lard

dupa ce se rumeneste, adaugam carnea/after a while add the meat si lasam sa fiarba, in sucul ei, pana scade/let it until it gets slightly brown

apoi adaugam carnatii/add saussages

prajim in continuare, pana se auresc ingredientele/fry until brown

apoi adaugam condimentele la gramada/add the spices, on taste

si umplen cu apa, cat sa acopere si lasam sa fiarba la foc mic pana scade, dupa care adaugam/fill with water and let it boil until evaporets the water

si vinul si lasam iar sa scada, sa se rumeneasca...acum e gata !/then add the red wine and let the meat to make nice and brown

servim cu mamaliga/serve’s a Romanian dish made with corn flour and water

si ca sa fie si mai gustoasa, pun deasupra un ou Photobucketochi, moale, si rad cascaval....deja imi ploua in gura..../to make it much more tastyer fry an egg and strew some grated pressed cheese
