- 1 kg lapte batut

Tocam marunt zarzavatul si il punem la fiert, in apa clocotita, adaugand sare + delikat. Lasam sa fiarba 10 min. apoi adaugam loboda (taiata fideluta, dar mai mare) + orezul spalat.

Se lasa sa fiarba la foc mic, pana se fierbe orezul. Se stinge focul, se toarna laptele batut si se amesteca bine, iar la sfarsit mararul tocat.
