la final (pentru ca am desarat foarte bina varza) am adaugat pe langa apa + bulion si un pahar de zeama de varza (este roze caci am pus pentru culoare si varza rosie in butoi)

se fierb la foc mic, eu am un crock-pot (oala electrica) le pun acolo la foc mic si le las vreo 4-5 ore. In oala normala se fierb deasupra aragazului la foc mic si spre final se baga la cuptor sa se rumeneasca putin.
