Ingrediente:
- 500 g carne tocata (vita + porc)
- 3 cepe
- 2 morcovi
- 1 kg cartofi
- 2 oua
- 200 g smantana
- sare
- piper
- delikat
- patrunjel
Am calit ceapa + morcovul, am adaugat carnea tocata + sare + piper + delikat si am inabusit-o cu putina apa
intre timp, cat se racorea carnea, am taiat cartofii rondele si i-am prajit. Peste carne am adaugat 1 ou + patrunjel si am amestecat bine

apoi am asezat 1 rand de cartofi in tava, peste ei jumatate din cantitatea de carne, peste care am ras si putin cascaval, apoi al 2-lea rand de cartofi si restul de carne, ultimul strat este de cartofi

Am batut 1 ou cu smantana si am turnat peste cartofi, dupa care am mai ras putin cascaval (nu e obligatoriu sa puneti cascaval, mie imi place !) Se lasa la cuptor pana se rumeneste
