Tiramisu

Ingrediente/Ingredients:
- 500 gr. piscoturi/sweet biscuits
- 4 galbenusuri/yolks
- 125 gr. zahar/sugar
- 500 gr. mascarpone/Mascarpone cheese
- 300 gr. frisca/whip cream
- 350 gr. cafea+2 linguri zahar/strong sweet coffee
- 50 ml. Baileys
- 25 gr. cacao/cocoa

Am facut o cafea tare pe care am indulcit-o cu cele 2 linguri de zahar, gustati si daca vreti mai dulce, mai adaugati zahar. Apoi am adaugat Baileys (care imi place la nebunie, are un gust minunant). Se lasa la frigider./Make a strong coffee, as sweet as you want + 50 ml. Baileys, and put it into fridge.
Intre timp:/Meanwhile:
Se mixeaza galbenusurile cu zaharul si se pune crema pe foc, se amesteca mereu ca sa nu se prinda de vas, se tine doar cat sa dea un clocot./Mix yolks + sugar, keep it for a while on the gas stove, keep mixing until it will start to boil, no more

Asa arata dupa ce am luat-o de pe foc/It will look like that

Peste mascarpone am adaugat crema fierbinte de galbenusuri si am amestecat bine/Over the mascarpone cheese add the hot cream of yolks
Apoi am adaugat frisca, bine batuta /Then add the whip cream
Si ce bine incepe sa arate, nu? Aproape ca imi vine sa o mananc asa cum e...ce sa ma mai complic cu piscoturile/Looks nice, or what? At this point I could eat it just like that...who cares about the sweet biscuits (langue de chat)
N-am incotro, iau o tava si incep sa aliniez piscoturile precum soldatii la defilare....dar inainte se inmoaie in cafea, pentru 2-3 secunde, nu mai mult !! ca riscati sa se fleoscaiasca ditamai soldatul !/Dip the biscuits, for 2-3 seconds in the coffee mixture and then put it in a tray, just like that
Si hop cu juma’ de crema peste piscoturi/Half the cream on top of it
Si iar o iau de la capat....ma repet....ce mai prajitura !/And again from the start
Si restul de crema, mai simplu nici ca se poate/The rest of the cream
Am pudrat cu cacao, din belsug, mie asa imi place/Powder with cocoa
Se lasa la frigider, minim 3 ore, dar e chiar mai buna daca se lasa peste noapte. Cum eu am o mare problema cu asteptatul, dupa 1 ora hop cu bucatica in farfurie/Keep it in fridge for at leat 3 hours, it’s much better over the night. though

Eu am gura plina, asa ca nu mai am nimic de zis...decat MERITA SA INCERCATI !!!/It really worth trying
