- 125 ml lapte
- ½ lgr praf de copt
- 10 lg faina
- sare
- 1 pliculet zahar vanilinat
- 1 pliculet finesse portocale (coaja rasa de portocala)
- 1 lg unt topit

Se mixeaza 2 gablenusuri + 1 lg zahar + zaharul vanilinat + un praf de sare + coaja de portocala + untul topit. Praful de copt se stinge in lapte si se toarna peste galbenusuri, alternand cu faina. Albusurile se bat spuma cu 1 lingura de zahar si se toarna peste compozitie, se amesteca usor si se lasa sa se odihneasca cam ½ de ora. Aluatul este mai gros fata de cel de clatite frantuzesti.
Se foloseste o tigaie de teflon, neunsa. La foc potrivit, se toarna cam ½ de polonic, apoi se pun afinele si in momentul in care apar bule la suprafata clatitei se intoarce cu o spatula. Asta e tot !
