- 1 lg ulei de masline
- 1 lgr sare
- 500 g faina
- 1 pachetel drojdie
Dupa 1h si 30 min. am scos aluatul l-am mai framantat un pic, i-am dat forma rotunda si apoi l-am pus intr-o cratita unde l-am mai lasat la crescut 30 min. Am mai presarat putina faina deasupra. Apoi cu o foarfeca am taiat mai adanc niste crestaturi, ca sa aiba un spect rustic.

Am bagat cratita in cuptor la foc potrivit aprox. 30 min. pana a inceput sa se rumeneasca. Apoi am scos painea pe un gratar ca sa se raceasca. Coaja este crocanta si miezul foarte fin, iar gustul e chiar rustic, adica de paine simpla.........de la tara.
