- sunca
- cascaval
- 1 ou
- smantana
- ulei de masline
- marar
- sare, piper
Se curata dovleceii si se taie in bucatele, apoi se pun pentru putin la fiert (4-5 clocote, ca sa nu
se inmoaie prea tare). Intre timp calim ceapa + sunca

transferam ingredientele intr-un castron, le amestecam, adaugam samantana, cascaval ras, sare, piper si marar tocat. La final am pus compozitia intr-un vas de yena uns cu putin ulei, un strat de compozitie, apoi unul de cascaval si tot asa pana se umple vasul, deasupra am pus smantana batuta cu 1 ou, am mai presarat cascaval si putin marar si la cuptor !
